Meet the Founder

Blue Canyon was founded by Jenny Robins, a longtime community leader and civic advocate with more than 20 years of experience spanning telecommunications infrastructure, media production, and local government engagement.

Jenny has held senior roles in site acquisition and project management for major wireless carriers, leading complex real estate negotiations, infrastructure upgrades, and public-private partnerships across the Midwest and mountain region. Earlier in her career, she worked as an executive producer in commercial and television production, managing large creative teams, budgets, and client relationships. This experience that continues to shape her practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex projects.

In Boulder, Jenny is deeply involved in civic and nonprofit leadership, having served on multiple boards and advisory committees and supported initiatives focused on youth, arts, and families. She was also a recent candidate for Boulder City Council, giving her firsthand insight into local policy, land use, and municipal decision-making.

Through Blue Canyon, Jenny brings together technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and deep local relationships to help residents, businesses, and organizations navigate Boulder’s city processes with clarity, integrity, and confidence.
